Paintballing is a "must-do" activity if you have never done it before. Exciting, great for a group and pretty terrifying as you hear the rustling in the bushes.
Paintballing is not just for the gungho (gun ho) but works for any group of men and women who fancy whacking their mates on the bum with a bright yellow paintpellet.
When you arrive at the paintball field you will get fully equipped and given a useful safety briefing before battle commences.
