Very conveniently located within easy walking distance of the village shop, an excellent hotel, a friendly golf club and the station for the Speyside Steam Railway, this modern bungalow is in a quiet residential street. It has a secluded, enclosed, suntrap garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. Rooms are freshly decorated and well-furnished and the open plan layout combined with large windows give a spacious feel to the living area. There is a garage which is ideal for secure storage of sports equipment.

Boat of Garten lies within the Cairngorms National Park at the gateway to the Speyside Whisky Trail and surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery. Every possible activity is available nearby including golf, angling, climbing, walking and biking on a network of marked trails, riding, water sports, sailing, winter sports and off-road driving. Visitor attractions include the Loch Garten RSPB Reserve, Highland Wildlife Park, mountain funicular and the Highland Folk Museum. Aviemore is 6 miles away and Inverness is a half hour drive north.
