Enjoying spectacular uninterrupted views over fields to the sea, this beautifully converted stable is part of a small range of farm buildings surrounded by open coast and countryside. The well-designed interior is spacious and contemporary with the living space on the first floor to take full advantage of the spectacular views. There is a patio area with garden furniture for outdoor living. The stable is one of three holiday properties and enjoys all the peace and tranquility of country living whilst having easy access to the main A1 route between Berwick (20 mins) and Edinburgh (45 mins).
A short stroll down the hill and through a cave leads to the sandy beach and smugglers harbour where beautiful coastal walks can be enjoyed with geology and nature at every step. The harbour is now used by crab and lobster fishermen. There are excellent recreational opportunities locally including cycling, pony trekking, archery, golf, fishing, scuba diving and 4x4 driving centre. The Southern Upland Way skirts the cliffs above the natural harbour at Cove before turning inland to finish at Cockburnspath. Shop and pub in the holiday park 1 mile away.
