The house is deceptively spacious, in excellent order and well-appointed throughout to offer a superb family holiday home. There are gardens to the front and side with patio area, garden furniture, private garage and driveway.

Eyemouth is a popular small town with a fascinating history of smuggling, shipwrecks and witch burning! The sea's influence is everywhere in the town, which also boasts a bustling fishmarket, museum, leisure centre with pool, tennis courts, children's play areas and an excellent choice of cafés, bistros, restaurants and pubs. There is a wonderful choice of leisure amenities and activities for all ages and abilities including nature and wildlife reserves, galleries and exhibitions, walking, diving, boat-trips and a rich mix of countryside and coastline to be explored. The 18 hole golf course has a clubhouse with panoramic coastal views and perhaps the most spectacular par 3 hole in the country.
