Sitting on a quiet country road 4 miles from Kirriemuir these two ground floor semi-detached cottages enjoy a lovely south facing aspect with open views over rolling farmlands and woodlands to the distant Angus Glens and the Grampian mountains. Each cottage has its own patio area with seating and shares a lovely grassy safely enclosed rear garden with picnic benches. Both are comfortably furnished with lovely personal touches and are suitable for ambulant disabled guests. There is ample private parking.
The pretty little town of Kirriemuir which is known as the "Gateway to the Glens" and is the birthplace of J M Barrie has good shops, restaurants, pubs and museums and the bustling county town of Forfar is also 4 miles away. Inland the glens and hills offer excellent walking, climbing, biking and angling amidst magnificent Highland scenery while a half hour drive east leads to the coast with its picturesque old fishing villages, spectacular cliffs and miles of golden sands. There are many quality links and parkland golf courses within easy reach as are riding centres and fisheries.
