Drumnadrochit is a lively little village where there are shops, places to eat, and information available about all the things to see and do in the area. This holiday property is an ideal central base for touring the scenic Highlands or visiting the Isle of Skye and Inverness city, as well as for walking and mountain biking on the Great Glen Way. The ruins of Urquhart Castle on the shores of Loch Ness are just a short walk away. Glen Affric and the West Coast are well worth a visit. Shops, pubs and restaurants a short walk.

6th comment: The property was very clean and tidy and had all the equipment you need for a trouble free holiday from the laundry to all the cooking utensils if you wanted to cook, based at the end of a cu- de-sac it was quiet and handy for walking either in to town or the lovely walks around.
