These two excellent properties are ideally situated for family holidays within a few minutes walk of the village centre and the long sandy beach for which Gullane is renowned. The owner would be pleased to organise golf on various local courses by prior arrangement. The surrounding area offers excellent leisure and recreational facilities for all ages and abilities. Edinburgh is approximately 1/2 hour by car. Gullane has a selection of shops and friendly hotels serving food.

This charming, traditional, detached cottage is beautifully positioned on the edge of the historic 'Goose Green' adjacent to LT103a. It is surrounded by a pretty well-established
'country' garden with a secluded walled garden to the rear which is tranquil and private with garden furniture on the patio. The 2 storey cottage enjoys views over the garden to the distant hills. The interior is freshly decorated and the well proportioned rooms are tasteful and comfortably furnished with thoughtful finishing touches.

Ground floor: 1 twin bedroom, charming sitting room, spacious dining room with seating area, well equipped modern kitchen, study, bathroom.

Upper floor: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom (cot available), shower-room on half landing. Cooking by electricity, gas central heating.

For larger parties, both properties can be booked together. Bed linen and towels are provided and each property is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, auto washing machine, dishwasher, colour television, video and CD/radio and Playstation.
