This charming semi-detached house forms part of a sympathetic conversion of a 200 year old stables courtyard, in a tranquil rural setting, one mile along a private road from Killin. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, each room is exceptionally well presented with great attention to detail and every convenience to ensure visitors comfort. Newly built sun room with wood burning stove has wonderful views over Loch Tay to Ben Lawers and deer and red squirrels can often be seen in the shared mature grounds. There is a private patio with garden furniture to sit out and fully appreciate the lovely surroundings.

Surrounded by mountains the picturesque village of Killin lies at the head of Loch Tay, and at the heart of the village are the spectacular Falls of Dochart. Killin has pretty walks, a golf course, moorings and good shops, pubs and restaurants and is the gateway to the Trossachs National Park. Activities include golf, sailing, water sports, climbing, hill walking, mountain biking, angling and riding.

First Floor: 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms (cot available), extra separate wc, landing with seating area. Cooking by electricity, oil-fired central heating.
