"Peace & Tranquility"
If you are looking for peace & tranquility in the most beautiful of highland settings, this is the place, from the moment you arrive you can relax, from the friendly and helpful hosts Richard & Shona, who greet you as if they`ve known you for years, to the quality of the accommodation, there is not a thing you should find fault with at Cwtch Doon. A good base for exploring the local area, with Loch Lomond & Loch Katrine close by, and only a short drive to Stirling, which allows you to visit Stirling Castle & The Wallace Momument, only a few miles from Aberfoyle, which is ideal for provisions as well as some great tourist shopping. There are plenty of outdoor activity sites in the area, including water sports, walking & climbing, as well as cycling, with many well marked foot & cycle paths in the area. This is one I would recommend to anyone who craves some time away from hustle and bustle of life, where peace & tranquility means just that, peace & tranquility.
