This impressive, well-presented first floor flat is conveniently situated in the heart of Newington with very easy access into Edinburgh city centre.
It is very generously proportioned and the bright sunny rooms have lovely original features including ornate cornices. The flat is well equipped and very comfortably furnished with a warm and welcoming ambience to start your holiday. There is a secure entry system, well-kept stair and enclosed, shared garden to the rear. Free street parking within a few minutes walk.
Newington is extremely well served with day/night buses into town and many of the Festival/Fringe venues are within easy reach. There are excellent local amenities including shops, supermarkets, pubs, wine bars, restaurants and The Commonwealth Pool and Leisure Centre. This is a superb location for a city visit with the delights of Holyrood Park, Duddingston Loch and Arthur's Seat nearby.
