This smart, contemporary apartment is very well located in a lovely private, residential development with allocated parking, just 20 mins walk from the west end of Princes St. On the second floor of a very well-presented easy stair with private entry system, the apartment enjoys a quiet aspect. The spacious, bright rooms are smart and modern with much attention to detail and lovely finishing touches. This is an excellent holiday apartment, well-situated to make the most of all central amenities and attractions.
The Roseburn area has good local facilities including shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and an excellent day/night bus service for the short journey into town. Murrayfield Stadium is a few minutes walk away and there is easy access to the city by-pass and M8 for exploring further afield and to Edinburgh Airport. Recreational amenities include parks, the Ice Rink, Zoo, golf course and The Fountainpark Complex nearby features a multiplex cinema, bowling, leisure centre, restaurants and nightclubs.
