Set in 3 acres of private wooded grounds under the magnificent slopes of Ben Keil, this substantial, uniquely designed Highland home was constructed in 2007 to the highest standard and provides a special holiday experience. It would be perfect for a Highland house party, an extended family or for two families sharing. The spacious rooms are warm and comfortably furnished and there is ramp access. A wonderfully wide variety of wildlife can be seen all around including deer, pine martens, badgers and buzzards. There are patio and lawn areas, a children's play area, outdoor seating and a barbecue. Indoors there is a heated 8 metre spa swimming pool, a sauna and a games room with pool table making this the ideal family retreat at any time of year. Guests can enjoy private boat or bank angling for brown trout on two nearby lochans - the use of a small rowing boat is available on one lochan.

The quaint little village of Ardgour is a 10 minute walk down the leafy drive and has a shop/PO. A further 10 minutes leads to an excellent inn/restaurant at the Corran Ferry. From the pier, a modern car ferry makes the 5 minute crossing of Loch Linnhe to the main road from Glasgow and the bustling town of Fort William which is 10 miles away and has excellent facilities. This is the outdoor centre of Scotland and a host of activities includes climbing, walking, mountain biking, ski-ing at Nevis Range, golf at Fort William, sailing, water sports and diving. Visitors can explore westwards into the unsurpassed natural beauty and remoteness of the Ardnamurchan peninsula or take the scenic route round Loch Eil to join the renowned "Road to the Isles" which runs through magnificent scenery to picturesque Arisaig, the busy fishing port of Mallaig and the ferry to Skye.

Ground Floor: Bright spacious living/dining room with open fire, well fitted kitchen, games room with double sofa bed, swimming pool/sauna, shower room, ramp access.

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath); 2 twin bedrooms each with roll-out extra guest bed and en-suite bathroom (shower over bath); cot available; small gallery sitting area overlooking Ben Keil.

Cooking by electricity, oil-fired central heating plus open fire. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, LCD SKY television, DVD player. Bed linen and towels provided.
