We do not charge a fee for residential mortgage advice; however there is an administration fee for processing each of your standard residential mortgage applications. The typical administration fee is £495. For impaired credit lending the typical fee is 1% of the mortgage loan. For Buy to Let and Commercial Mortgages a fee of up to 1% of the mortgage loan size applies of which £495 is payable on application with the balance payable on completion.

For Mortgages if you have impaired credit the overall cost for comparison is 10.25% APR.

For Secured Loans we have Low rates from 7.7% APR. The overall cost for comparison is 11.55% APR typical-variable. Over 66% of our customers receive a lower APR than the typical rate shown. Our highest rate is 27% APR variable
