Tuesday Workshops
A series of theory and practical workshops to help you get the best from your own training and the quality services offered at the National Centre Inverclyde.
Numbers are limited for each workshop - book in advance to avoid disappointment.
These workshops will take place at the centre on Tuesday evenings, 7.30pm - 9.30pm.

About the centre

Set on the wooded hillside behind the Ayrshire seaside town of Largs, sportscotland National Centre Inverclyde has magnificent views over the Firth of Clyde, the Isle of Cumbrae and the Isle of Bute to the majestic mountains of Arran.
An ideal retreat for close season squad training with residential accommodation of over 140 beds, we have grass pitches, a floodlit all-weather surface, fitness suite, conditioning facility and fully equipped plush lecture rooms.
Also within the complex there is a six-hole golf practice facility that has scenic views over the Firth of Clyde.
While these facilities have been developed for our top sportspeople, the benefits can also be reaped by other groups; - educational institutes, professional and voluntary organisations, district sports councils, businesses and the community in general.
As well as two relaxing lounges, two comfortable bars and a games room, sportscotland National Centre Inverclyde has a host of sports facilities you can use during your stay.

Catering is provided by Eurest. We were awarded the healthyliving award which rewards good practice and recognises businesses that are making it easier for their customers to eat healthily.
