Good location just to South of Grassmarket and close to University area. Visitors seem to like the service and friendly staff and general Novotel efficiency. Efficient is probably the word for Novotel. Good rooms, modern in a French Accor way and swimming pool. Good for conference centre as well.

This 4 star hotel offering 180 rooms features Elements Bar and Restaurant and six meeting rooms. The leisure pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym are for exclusive use of hotel guests only. The hotel does have parking, however it is very limited at 15 spaces and cannot be reserved.
