The best way of finding out more information for your trip to Scotland is to contact the British Tourist Authority (BTA) in your country or write (or email) direct to the head office of the Scottish Tourist Board (STB). The BTA and STB can provide a wealth of free literature and information such as maps, city guides, events calendars and accommodation brochures. Travellers with special needs should also contact their nearest BTA office. If you want more detailed information on a particular area, you should contact the area tourist boards.
