Welcome to Rocklea Villa, situated on the west side of the Shetland mainland in the picturesque village of Walls. Built by a local merchant in 1886, the accommodation overlooks a small marina with the island of Vaila beyond. Seals and otters can often be seen playing along the waterfront and you may spot the local fishermen landing their catch on a calm summer evening. Walls is an ideal location for some well earned rest and relaxation, but there is plenty to see and do in the area if you wish. Local amenities include the village shop and post office, bakery and cafe, all just a 2 minute walk away. Burrastow House, for fine dining, is a 5 minute drive. There are many fine walks throughout the area and the Aith Leisure Centre is an easy drive. If you are interested in trout fishing, there are a number of lochs in the vicinity. We are sure you will enjoy the tranquility of this small, friendly village but if you are missing the hustle and bustle of town life, Lerwick is only a half an hour drive away.

The house is electrically heated throughout, with a cosy peat burning fire in the livingroom.
