Hotels In Aberfeldy

There are several hotels in and around town, the best of which is probably the 15th-century Farleyer Restaurant and Rooms in Weem, Tel. 01887 820332. Also recommended are: Guinach House, Tel. 01887 820251, a family run country house hotel in a lovely setting by the Birks and with a superb restaurant (which is expensive and some would say a little heavy on the cream); and the very friendly.

In the centre of town is the Palace Hotel which has its own bar with ceilidh live music on the weekends. Mainly two star accommodation, but friendly and right in the heart of the action, so to speak.

The Weem Hotel (Hotel)
is an historic Coaching Inn situated at the foot of Weem Rock, near Aberfeldy in the Highlands, Where General Wade stayed while building a bridge to cross the river Tay in the 18th Century. more details about The Weem Hotel

Also in Weem is the excellent Ailean Chraggan, Tel. 820346, which serves very good food in the bar and has a regular supply of fresh seafood and shellfish from the West coast (mid-range) TravelScotland recommendation: Mussels.
