Polo Lounge 84 Wilson St, Tel: 5531221. Mon-Thu 1700-0100, Fri-Sun 1700-0300. £5 or free before 2300 Mon-Thu. Very classy bar popualr with young professionals. Very busy at weekends.
Sadie Frost's 8-10 West George St, Tel: 3328005. Mon-Sat 1200-2400, Sun 1400-2400. Free. Underneath Queen St station. Very busy and noisy. Sun is women only in the Blue Room.
Waterloo Bar 306 Argyle St, Tel: 2295891. Mon-Sat 1200-2400, Sun 1230-2300. Glasgow's oldest gay bar, attracts a more mature working-class clientele. Unpretentious and great fun.
