Scotland's East Coast from Berwick in the South to Inverness in the North (further north is contained in our Far North Section) is shaped by the sharp winds off the North Sea during the winter and the long fresh sunny days in the summer. The sea is never warm, fed as it is from the furthest north but here are some of Scotland's finest beaches and the long views lit by the reflective light from the sea.
