Filling Station In Edinburgh

American-style bar and restaurant on the High Street. The main bar is on a raised platform to the front of the room overlooking the Royal Mile. The restaurant itself is at the back of the building which is decked out in the typical American style with car registration plates and other related memorabilia. This section gets very busy and a wait in the bar or outside at the street tables is often required.

The Food

The food is of course very American style with burgers, pizza and pasta.
