Tranquil and yet again blood pumping at the inkling of a catch, Scotland's loch's and coastline are breathtaking allowing you two pleasures, the scenery and also the chase.

Fishing is the UK largest participating sport and you can see why with the popularity of this activity.[1]

There are all types of fishing some require more energy than others. “A nice experience I had was when a couple of friends and I hired out a boat and skipper for the day at St Andrews Harbour and went sea fishing. There’s nothing quite like it sitting on a boat off the Scottish coast with rod in one hand and can of beer in the other. We managed to catch several cod which the skipper kindly gutted for us. That evening we took a couple of throw away BBQ’s and could our freshly caught fish. Those are the kind of days you remember!!!

All the rods, bait and fish gutting were included in the price. Great day out and very relaxing remember you’re sun cream.”

There are many lochs and rivers close to the major cities making it very accessible if you are staying in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Perth and Aberdeen.

Fishing rods can be provided at an additional cost as well as bait and netting.
