This activity is not as crazy as White Water Rapids but it does use the same stretches of river. Duckies involves two people on a more buoyant type of Kayak that is controlled by the two passengers paddling down the river.

Again all instructors are fully qualified and have many years experience in adventure activities, all equipment is fully supplied. The Instructors do not travel down in the boat with you but as a chaperone situation along side[1].
So its down to you and your partner to navigate the many rapids and pools but don’t forget to look up and take in the beautiful countryside and wildlife. The duckies are much more challenging than white water rafting as it’s just up to the 2 of you to work together unlike rafting where the guide steers and you just paddle.
Why not combine Duckies with Canyoning or Quad Biking to create a full fun day out.
Duckies are located close to Aberfeldy Perthshire about a 60 minute from Edinburgh and Glasgow and 30 Minutes from Perth.
