Ideally suited for a holiday touring the Western Highlands, walking, climbing, and skiing. Golf, riding, canal and loch cruises, woollen mills, museum, distillery, good shopping all close by. Shop 7 miles. Pub 5 miles.

1st comment: If your looking for a hillside hideaway, then this is it! The Dining Room looks down over Loch Eil and to the hills on the other side - absolutely breathtaking. The children loved the Steam Train ride. We had a walk up the hill behind the house which gave rise to even more great views. The walk up Glen Nevis is lovely but the path is narrowish and the fall is steep so care has to be taken. The view when you get through to the Meadow is spectacular. Oct 2011. 2nd comment: Property was in a beautiful location. It was quiet, close to Fort William and centrally located if you plan to drive around the Highlands. Property was well kept and well stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay there. March 2011. 3rd comment: Excellent location for exploring the West Highlands; fantastic views over Loch Eil from dining room; Fort William easily accessible for local amenities. June 2009. 4th comment: Great location, property well maintained and equipped. Nice to meet owner who came to greet us and say goodbye but was not at all intrusive. Good value break that we, (includes 2 teenage boys) would all love to repeat in near future. Feb 2009. 5th comment: Excellent location and view. June 2009. 6th comment: The views across the Loch and onto the mountains were breath taking at all times of the day, morning, noon or night. We found it was in easy access of where ever we decided to go and the damp weather never damped our enjoyment of the holiday. One never to be forgotten. Aug 2008.
