Hillfoot Cottage is semi-detached cottage near to the village of Insh, near Kincraig in the Cairngorms National Park, The cottage can sleep five people in two bedrooms.
The accommodation is set mostly over the ground floor and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a sitting room with a dining area, a spacious bathroom, as well as a shower room.
There are two bedrooms; a king-size double is on the ground floor, and a pretty twin room on the first floor. A snug room has its own TV and a single sofa bed (for the fifth person).
Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a large garden at the front and at the rear there is a raised garden and a patio.
In summary, Hillfoot Cottage is a a lovely holiday home in a fabulous area with beautiful scenery and a plethora of activities on hand.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles.
Notes: The rear lawned garden is accessed by 9 steps. There are 3 steps leading to the front door.
