This detached former lifeboat station situated approximately 30 yards from the beach on the Moray Firth, there are dolphins, otters, nestling ospreys and falcons close by. There is free fishing from the bay opposite the property.
Rosemarkie is ideally situated for touring the Northern Highlands with most of the main tourist attraction, the Isle of Skye, the ferry, the fishing ports of Ullapool and Inverewe Gardens are an easy drive.
Local amenities include golf at the local course just a few hundred yards away and other fine courses, Castle Stewart in the area, fishing and exploring beaches in the area, trips on Loch Ness can be made from Inverness.
Shop and pub 300 yards, restaurants within 0.5 miles.
