This museum allows you to step back in time as see what rural life would have been like in Scotland 200 years ago.
There is a large collection of folk and historical artefacts, 6 18th century cottages and an agricultural display in the farm opposite.
The children will enjoy going into the Victorian schoolroom, which demonstrates how children use to be schooled and there also collections of curiosities and some homemade toys.
There are events throughout the year.
