This charming lochside cottage is idyllically located within the historic conservation burgh of Inveraray and enjoys beautiful views of majestic Loch Fyne. The cottage is on the ground floor of a terrace known as 'Crombie's Land' - a listed building dating back to the early 1800's, where Neil Munro, the famous Scottish novelist and poet was born. Lovingly and sympathetically restored, the cottage has been beautifully furnished and finished with maple flooring and a mix of modern and antique styles to give it a romantic feel. There is parking just outside and a garden seat to enjoy the view. The property may suit visitors in standard wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties.

All the amenities of the town are just a few minutes walk - there are some lovely restaurants and hotels serving excellent local produce as well as lively bars and the popular attraction, 'Inveraray Jail', is adjacent. 1 hour's drive from Glasgow, this very central location is an ideal touring base for the mid-western Highlands and is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Glencoe, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. There are great opportunities for fishing, walking, cycling and visiting Argyll's glorious gardens.
