Situated in the fishing village of Eyemouth, only 100 yards from a sandy beach, Puffin House is a comfortable and roomy holiday cottage. Set in the heart of the village with restaurants, pubs and shops all within strolling distance, and close to the A1 for easy access up and down the coast. Many activities can be enjoyed nearby, such as birdwatching at St Abbs Head, boat trips to the Farne Islands from Seahouses, diving from Coldingham, golfing, sea and coarse fishing, hill walking, cycling and riding. Edinburgh an hours’ drive. Shop and pub 60 yards, restaurant 100 yards.
Ground floor: Dining room. Kitchen. First floor: Living room with wooden floor. 2 double (5ft) bedrooms. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Separate toilet. Second floor: 2 twin bedrooms, both with sloping ceilings and Velux.
Gas CH inc (£60pw Nov-Apr). Elec and bed linen inc. Cot and h/chair on request. Freeview TV. Video. DVD. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. No smoking. Friday to Friday.

1st comment: Our family of 6 adults had a fantastic stay at Puffin House. House was spotless and very well equipped. Location was perfect my father in law was up early every morning just sitting watching the sea less than 2 minutes from the front door. Friendly area too. You must try the fish at the local supplier on the harbour - tasty and reasonably priced. 5* holiday for us. May 2012.
