Customer Reviews of Lapwing Lodge, Arbigland nr Dumfries, sleeps 4

1st comment: We had a great holiday at Carse Bay. This was our first self-catering holiday and stay in a lodge. The accommodation more than lived up to its luxury description and was really warm, cosy and much bigger than we expected. The location was great with sea views and easy instant access to the beach. Which was great for us and our dog. She loved it! It was so peaceful and quiet and we hardly noticed the people staying in the two other lodges partly due to thoughtful planning on the owner’s part. In fact I think they seem to have thought of everything with good attention to detail. Highly recommended. April 2012.

2nd comment: This lodge was in an excellent location with beach adjacent and easily accessible. The walks from the Lodge were truly breathtaking. The wildlife was always evident and this property ensures that you will return home fully refreshed and your batteries fully recharged. April 2012.
