This charming ground floor apartment is in a wonderfully central location, east of the city centre, within a 10 minute walk of Princes St. and with the added benefit of private parking. Part of a modern development (1999), the apartment is in a lovely Georgian crescent with natural public gardens adjacent and is close to Leith Walk for excellent local amenities and public transport services.
The apartment has a smart entrance with entry phone system and the well maintained modern interior is bright and sunny. The rooms are most attractive and comfortably furnished in a traditional style. All rooms are on ground level but there are a few steps at the entrance. A delightful holiday home for a couple wishing to enjoy the cultural delights of the capital city.
1 double bedroom, very attractive lounge, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with power shower over bath. All electric. Fridge/freezer, auto washer/dryer, microwave,television with integral DVD. Bed linen and towels are provided.
