Set in lovely countryside just a few miles from the Highland capital, Inverness, this wonderfully presented, cosy holiday cottage is perfectly placed for touring the scenic beauty of the area.

Lots to see and do for all ages; visit Loch Ness or the beaches of the Moray Firth where you may see bottlenose dolphins, or further afield, the Isle of Skye and the stunning, unspoilt beauty of the west coast.

Culloden Battlefield, Cawdor Castle and Fort Augustus all within easy reach. Golf, fishing, mountain biking and so much more. Inverness offers a large variety of amenities including cinema, theatre and lots of good places to eat and drink.

Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

1st comment: Great property with very good interior and many antique items on display. Breathtaking scenery, very close to Inverness, ideal location. but property is bit congested if you taking 4 adults, ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids or so. May 2011.

2nd comment: Very picturesque surroundings, cosy, ideal for two or three persons comfortably. Aug 2009.

3rd comment: It was really helpful to join the National Trust, we have our membership for a year but made our money back in the first few days. The owner and Mike are lovely people who are really helpful and kind. They gave us a lot of ideas and information about what to see and do. July 2009.

4th comment: Very pleasant area with easy access to most tourist sites. The cottage itself is very comfortable. Turgot House is very attractive and historically valuable. Great Holiday A+++ May 2008.
