On the outskirts of Pitlochry this attractive holiday bungalow, with private fishing from a jetty set on the banks of the River Tummel at the bottom of the garden, and is ideally located for Pitlochry’s Festival Theatre, or for a leisurely ramble along the river bank. Hill and glen walking, angling, birdwatching, riding, golf and white water rafting all nearby. Shops and pubs 1 mile.
All on ground floor: Living/dining room with double sofa bed and patio doors. Dining room/kitchen. Utility room. 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet.
Gas CH inc (£20 per booking Oct-Mar). Gas, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Satellite TV. Video. DVD. CD. Gas cooker. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. D/washer. F/freezer. Enclosed garden and furniture. Parking (3 cars). No smoking. Easy walking access. Friday to Friday. NB: Sloping bank to fenced river.
