Sunset Cottage perches on a hillside with views over the Sound of Mull on the lovely Isle of Mull. The house is located of A849 and Balmeanach which is about a mile south of Fishnish. Aside from its own views across the sound, the location is a great jumping off point for exploring the island in every direction.
The cottage has a double bedroom with en-suite shower, and a twin room which can be offered as a double. There is also a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with a woodburner.
The whole house benefits from underfloor heating.
Outside, a decked area provides the perfect places to dine alfresco, and there is off road parking for 2 cars.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be double on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Sitting room with dining area and woodburner.

The view from the front of the cottage is fantastic. Picnic table and seats on the lawn. Everything we needed was there. Bob didn't like the look of the big stainless steel chimney thing leading from the wood burning stove up through the ceiling. He thought it was a bit ugly. We didn't need to use the stove as the underfloor heating was highly efficient - too warm at times but we didn't alter the controls, just opened a door! Plenty of storage in the bedrooms.
