Enjoying a rural setting, this traditional holiday cottage with a central courtyard is only a few miles from the Highland capital of Inverness. Wonderfully presented, the cottage is perfectly placed for touring this lovely area.

Loch Ness - good monster spotting area, Fort Augustus and Fort William are all within easy reach with the splendours of the west coast and the Isle of Skye well worth a visit.

Sailing, fishing, golf and mountain biking all within easy reach. Meander along the shores of the Moray Firth and you may see the bottlenose dolphins. Lots of good places to eat and drink in Inverness.

Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

1st comment: The property is easily accessed off the A9 and within minutes of inverness and shops (24h Tesco) to stock up! Provides a good base for touring the area. The property is ideal for a couple even with a little one like us! June 2011.

5th comment: Very friendly owners, stayed up to greet us and showed us around the cottage. Nice views, local to Inverness. Very helpful if you wanted anything, shops, local attractions. A single double room upstairs and cosy lounge with two seater settee. Oct 2009.

6th comment: Take a camera and binoculars, there’s so much wildlife within an hours drive you’ll be spoilt for choice. The cottage was exactly as described. It is small but well equipped and perfect for a couple. AUg 2009.
