Customer Reviews of Rosebud Cottage,Galston, nr. Ayr, sleeps 6

st comment: Lovely cottage! Was very clean, tidy and well kept! Would rate it 5 star! We will return again to enjoy the nice peaceful, relaxing break! Photos don’t do it justice! It’s so much better in person! take time out to go, you won’t regret it. March 2012.

nd comment: This was our second stay at Rosebud and we loved it, will be back again next year! Nov 2011.

rd comment: One of the nicest cottages that we have visited - extremely clean and comfortable and the pictures do not do it justice! It is fairly remote but still within easy reach of supermarkets etc. We brought our 2 dogs (and 2 children) and were delighted not to be charged extra for pets. We will definitely visit again. Oct 2011.

th comment: Beautiful cottage, inside and out, with a fantastic view. Even more secluded that we hoped for, and would love to visit again. Oct 2011.

th comment: A lovely spot down a farm lane, beautiful views. Sept 2011.

th comment: Cottage was clean and well appointed - we fell in love with the American Fridge Freezer and the view from the front of the property is lovely especially sunsets - the only heater in the lounge is wood burner and its not too effective - was fine in August but would imagine not so in Spring or Autumn and not Winter - but there are spare duvets to snuggle in. Would recommend as best Welcome Cottage we have stayed in. Aug 2011.

th comment: Great place to stay with quality fixtures and fittings, remote location and fantastic views. Exceeded our expectations. Only thing our stay lacked was good weather!! Will definitely stay again. June 2011.

th comment: Lovely cottage. Very clean, well supplied with good quality equipment, plenty room, and pleasant owners. Lovely views. April 2011.

th comment: Extemely well equipped, a beautiful location and easy to find. Would recommend this property to anyone.Owner was very friendly and helpful too! March 2011.

th comment: It was in the middle of nowhere which we wanted, and very peaceful. Feb 2011.

th Comment Beautiful cottage, lovely setting and friendly owner. Well presented and well furnished. Nov 2010.

th Comment The location was great, very peaceful. Great accommodation, clean, warm and cosy and well equipped. Nov 2010.

th Comment The property was in immaculate condition, having been newly refurbished. The location was ideal for a get-away-from-it-all break with lovely views across the countryside. The weather was not kind to us during our stay, but we were provided with plenty of wood for the log-burner and it was lovely and cosy in the evenings, after a day exploring the beautiful Ayrshire coastline. Oct 2010.

th Comment The pictures did not do this cottage justice, it was very clean and stylish in an excellent surroundings. Oct 2010.

th Comment Exactly as described. Very secluded area with walks from the door step. Oct 2010.

th Comment Great location, though very isolated as other cottages not yet ready for occupation. Sept 2010.

th Comment Lovely accommodation, well equipped, lovely views. Good location for exploring. Sept 2010.

th Comment A great surprise given that we usually bypass "artists impressions" of properties. The views are far reaching, down to and beyond the coast, with long and short country lane walks from the door. Everything about the property was quality and new, and we felt immediately at home. It has its own washing facilities (unlike the information given) and felt like the real get away from it all place we wanted. Edinburgh, Glasgow, the islands, Loch Lomond and beyond are in easy reach for a day out. We would like to return. Sept 2010.

th Comment Quiet rural location with extensive views to the coast and isles. Beautiful sunsets. The property was newly refurbished and equipped to a high standard. Aug 2010.

th Comment This cottage is excellent. The advertisement doesn’t really do this cottage or its location justice at all. Aug 2010.
