Homer Cottage is a detached, single-storey house situated six miles North of the village of Uig at Kilmuir on the Isle of Skye.
This house sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a separate shower room.
The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with an electric stove in the style of a woodburner, plus a dining area.
Outside there is off road parking and a patio with furniture.

It was far enough from the main road to feel secluded, but at the same time, easily accessible. There were fantastic views out to the Western Isles from the sitting room windows. The cottage provides everything you need for a holiday on Skye.

Flora Macdonald Grave
The story of Flora Macdonald is well known and her courageous support for Bonnie Prince Charlie. She is buried in Kilmuir Cemetary with a cross as a monument. A lovely location with the sea in the distance. Johnson's epitaph remains as moving as ever.
