It was bought over in the early 1900s and changed into a licensed premises, originally a local inn. Today it is a traditional cosy, Scottish, family run hotel. The Ardneil has been in the same family now for 25 years. Angie Gray, the youngest daughter of the Gray family manages the day to day running of the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and provide individual attention to all of our customers needs. The Ardneil is situated in the heart of Troon. It's fantastic location sets it a short putt away from the golf courses, train station, ferry terminal and the beach. The hotel boasts a very warm and friendly atmosphere.
