This detached former coach house lies at the entrance to an 11-acre private estate. The first floor holiday dwelling has been lovingly restored and beautifully furnished. Boasting access to a private loch, home to a wealth of wildlife, guests can enjoy the freedom to wander the extensive shared grounds and gardens with access to cliff top and stunning sea views. Shop ½ mile, pub ¼ mile.
12 steps to entrance: Living/dining room/kitchen with wood-burning stove, oak floor and patio doors to verandah. Double bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and en-suite shower room (power shower) with toilet. Twin bedroom with zip & link beds, TV. Bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet, tiled floor.

1st comment: The proximity of the cottage to the amenities of the town was excellent, yet still in a wonderful, quiet setting. One of the best fitted out cottages we have ever experienced, with a wonderful, warm welcome from the owners. April 2012.
2nd comment: Great location on edge of Oban. Spent four days following wonderful coastline including a day spent walking Kerrera - foot ferry five mins drice from coach house - even though raining absolutely fabulous! March 2012.

6th comment: Very high standard of property. Extremely classy accommodation with decor of bedrooms like a boutique hotel and a very well equipped kitchen. The lounge area was very homely and warmly decorated. The fire being lit with a box of shortbread on arrival was an excellent touch. Jan 2011.

Somewhere to sit outside, comfy settees inside and warm rooms. We were made to feel very welcome, the flowers and drinks a nice surprise and a warm welcome from the owners.We have high expectations of self catering accommodation - this exceeded them. Thank you.
