This wonderfully converted stable is in a very convenient holiday setting within walking distance of the attractive town of Pitlochry.
Within the grounds of the owner’s house, it maintains a high degree of privacy and is tastefully furnished throughout. Pitlochry, best known for its magnificent theatre and fish ladder, offers all manner of attractions for the visitor throughout the year, and the hills which surround it provide 40 miles of waymarked trails for the enthusiastic walker.
Golf, fishing and other outdoor pursuits are readily available. Visit Blair Castle, a short drive, or enjoy the wonder of the Enchanted Forest, a sound and light extravaganza hosted during the autumn months.
Shop 600 yards, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
All on ground floor: Living room with patio doors and slate floor/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
Woodburner in living room inc. Gas CH and elec inc (£20pw Nov-Feb). Bed linen and towels inc. DVD and small library. CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. D/washer. Freezer. Patio and furniture. Portable BBQ. Parking (1 car). No smoking. NB: Step down to patio.

2nd comment: What a fantastic cottage the photos don’t do it justice. excellent location, record breaking weather and the cottage was excellent with everything you could ever need, including a very nice welcome pack of wine and fresh flowers. Nice walks right on the doorstep along the loch to Killiecrankie. Will definitely book next year. March 2012.

5th comment: Beautiful, fully equipped cottage - cannot imagine how it could be improved. Met on arrival by the owner(very friendly) and she explained how everything worked etc. Shame about the weather (rained every day). Pitlochry is a lovely place, with lots to do. Would happily go again. Oct 2011.
6th comment: This cottage was so much better than i hoped for it - was the best cottage we have stayed in, every thing was first class, the owners were brilliant - we cant praise them or the cottage highly enough. The town of Pitchory was so nice, the people were so nice. Thee weather was not good but the cottage and its owners and town more than made up for - it great holiday. Sept 2011.
7th comment: This is a cosy property, the owners are very nice, leaving milk, tea,wine and flowers for your arrival. Have stayed twice and will be returning. June 2011.
