Nestled on a hill top in the heart of the Glenlivet Crown Estate this charming stone mill enjoys fantastic views to the Cairngorms and the Ladder Hills. It is an ideal holiday base for walking, wildlife and whisky.

The area has ample outdoor recreation opportunities on the doorstep including mountain biking, fishing, bird watching, golf, skiing (the Lecht) all within the Cairngorm National Park. Close by are the Speyside distilleries, Braemar and the Castle Trails and the magnificent beaches and quaint fishing villages of the Moray coast.

Local shops are available at Tomintoul five miles away. Further afield are Grantown-on-Spey, Aberlour and Dufftown for gift shopping and restaurants.

The property has been designed to comfortably accommodate six guests. On two levels it has an open plan kitchen / dining/ living area with a log fire. On the ground floor it has two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and ensuite.  The floor is completed by a family bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a third double bedroom with a king sized bed and a charming reading snug with well stocked bookshelves.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, microwave and fridge and freezer. It is light and airy and has spectacular views.

This is comfortable warm property with oil fired central heating and logs supplied. Linen and towels are supplied. Private garden area with furniture.

There is a generous porch as well as a bike/ ski storage and and a utility room for outdoor enthusiasts.
