It enjoys its own garden, set within 15 shared acres of grounds, with access to 500 yards of private shoreline, a jetty and shingle beach. Whisky distilleries, the Isle of Skye, Ben Nevis, the Cairngorm ski slopes and the Orkney Isles are all within easy reach. Inverness and a visit to the battlefield of Culloden is a must, 9 miles. Fishing on the loch and golf, pony trekking and watersports are all close by.
