This lovely, newly refurbished holiday apartment is extremely well-situated in the heart of the scenic Clyde Coast resort of Troon. A short stroll takes you to the lovely beach and promenade of this pretty seaside town, popular with kitesurfers, and the wide range of amenities includes shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The apartment is on the upper level of a small complex of six with private parking. The compact interior is tastefully finished, welcoming and cosy – ideal for couples.
A new marina has recently been completed in the town which boasts a wonderful restaurant and plenty of vantage points to sit and watch the boats and cruisers. There are good cycle routes around the town as well as lovely scenic coastal walks and the renowned Royal Troon Golf Course is just one of several local links courses. This is an excellent base for exploring the Clyde Coast and South Ayrshire. Day trips could include a short ferry ride to the Isle of Arran (Scotland in Miniature) or a shopping trip to Glasgow in 40 minutes by train.
1 double bedroom with zip/link beds (can be superking or twin), lounge with dining area, compact kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath. Cooking by gas, gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, television, DVD, CD player. Bed linen and towels provided.

"Excellent accommodation"
A lovely flat, very clean and comfortable and just a stone's throw from the beach. Little extras on arrival (like mini bottles of wine and coffee sachets) made it a very welcoming arrival.

excellent and helpful service. The flat was as near perfect for two as you could expect. The location is ideal, only a very short distance to the sea and to the town centre. Troon has very good restaurants. We were very lucky with the weather

The apartment has been tastefully decorated to a high standard.Its ideal for couples who want to explore the aryshire coast.Many facilities within a 2 minute walk. Highly recommended.
