Can I cancel my Booking?

Homepage « FAQ Homepage «

Each supplier publishes their cancellation policy on the site. Go to Operating Info to see details of their policy. Subject to that policy you can make a cancellation. Most suppliers allow you to cancel a booking a certain period before utilisation without incurring a charge. Some suppliers of tours or ticketed events where payment is taken at the moment of booking may not allow cancellation. Some suppliers require a non-refundable deposit.

Some products such as Golf Tee time payments do not offer refunds.

Can I make a telephone booking?

Unfortunately we cannot offer a telephone service. We try to publish as much information about our products as possible so that you do not need to make a call. Once you have made a booking we recommend that you use the message service available through the site to contact the supplier directly. The supplier will reply using the same system. This ensure that all your messages are kept in the same place.

Do you offer a price guarantee?

Do you offer a price guarantee?

Our lawyers have advised us that we cannot offer price guarantees. However, we try to track prices across our suppliers and recommend to them that we receive the best prices. If you see a better price anywhere, please contact us and we will negotiate with the supplier on your behalf.
We would like to point out that budget prices often include onerous terms and conditions such as checking out of the hotel before 8am or returning a car cleaned to the middle of nowhere. We believe that our offers represent the best balance of value.
