The backdrop of forest and hills provides endless scope for walking, from rugged scrambles, to the easy to follow forestry paths. The forestry comission provide mountain bike routes for the hardy or try a gentle ride through the Carradale Estate.
Close by is a modern swimming pool, sports centre and the famous Links Golf Course (18-hole) is only 5 miles away.
