Lying in the grounds of the owners’ home, enjoying shared use of their private tennis court (by arrangement), this comfortable, detached holiday cottage boasts spectacular views over its own large, colourful garden. It is situated just a short drive from the lochside resort of Balloch. Riding, golf, water-skiing, wind surfing, sailing and fishing locally. Shops and pubs 1½ miles.
Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: 1 twin bedroom.
Open fire in living room inc. NSH, elec and bed linen inc. Cot and h/chair on request. DVD. Video. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. Freezer. Garden. Parking (2 cars). Use of tennis court. No smoking.
