Overlooking Burnmouth Bay, there are rock pools to explore, seals and seabirds to watch and the Berwickshire coastal path to walk. Only slightly further, visit Eyemouth, 3 miles to the north, for a beach, harbour and golf course or head inland to explore the lovely Border towns, many historic houses and gardens. Drive south to Holy Island, Alnwick Castle or take a boat trip to the Farn Islands from Seahouses. Berwick is 5 miles and Edinburgh is 1 hour away. Shop 2.5 miles, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.
