Canna is the most westerly of the four Small Isles that also include Rum, Muck & Eigg. Canna covers just 3000 acres and with ten working crofts has a population of 20.

    Canna House

National Trust owned and home to two wonderful enthusiasts for the Gaelic and western isles renaissance: John Lorne Campbell who owned Canna and his American born and musicicologist Margaret Fay Shaw.

  • Canna Hotels & Accommodation

The only accommodation is offered by the The National Trust for Scotland. Our favorite is The Bothy overlooking the bay which sleeps four. (further details here)
