Customer Reviews of Myrtle Cottage, Coldstream, Sleeps 4

st comment: Cottage very nicely decorated and quite clean. Good location for touring the area. One or two little touches would make it a cottage to recommend: more information in the cottage folder - eg. local shops, bin days, access to local walks, where to find spare bulbs etc. Garden not properly enclosed, and more wasteland than garden. March 2012.

nd comment: Ideal location for a couple and a dog who like reading and visiting historic buildings (members of English Heritage). I think a family might have more trouble finding things to do. Almost wall to wall sunshine in March also helped. March 2011.

rd comment: Warm and cosy inside despite freezing cold outside. We had to dig out a space for cars. Dec 2010.

th comment: Well furnished, comfortable, and in a quiet location. Nov 2010.

th comment: Downstairs was very pleasant and comfortable, attractively decorated and quite spacious. Oct 2010.

th comment: Nice feel downstairs and well laid out. Steps are steep and kept banging head on the ceiling! Good a mess but ideal for our dog but not if you had kids. Oct 2010.

th comment: The cottage was nicely decorated and clean throughout. June 2010.

th comment: Very comfortable, quiet location. Ideal for a break away from it all. April 2010.

th comment: Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, nice surroundings. April 2010.

th comment: Room was lovely, lamp would not work in bed room. Living room was very nice. Nov 2009.
