This well-furnished bungalow is situated on a quiet lane on the outskirts of the seaside town of Nairn, a convenient base from which to explore the area. Nairn itself enjoys award-winning beaches and a nature reserve. Activities such as sailing, fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, horse riding and golfing are available. The Whisky and Castle trails offer interesting days out. Watch the Moray Firth dolphins by boat or from the shore. Loch Ness and Cawdor Castle are both well worth a visit. Shops 400 yards, pubs 1/2 mile.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. Utility room. 3 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 twin, 1 single with additional pull-out single (for child). Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel inc). Gas CH, gas, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Cot. H/chair. Video. Stereo/CD. Gas hob. Elec oven. M/wave. Washer/dryer. D/washer. F/freezer. Shared garden with patio and furniture. BBQ. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. NB: There are several steps down to the garden.

3rd comment: This cottage is kept exceptionally clean and is of high standard everything you need is already here,the location is a short walk from the sea and from the town of Nairn (about 20 minutes). Keep an eye out for the red squirrel that frequents the garden. We will use this cottage again if we return to the highlands. April 2012.

4th comment: We enjoyed our stay at Annfield immensely, the property is well fitted, clean, comfortable and warm, we would recommend it to anyone! The Nairn area is ideal to explore Northern Scotland and Nairn itself has a lovely beach area. Oct 2011.
